By accessing or using Autostep, you agree to be bound by these terms. During our early-access period, access is limited to approved waitlist members and may change as the product evolves.

2. Use of the service

You agree to use the platform lawfully and only with data you are authorized to process. You are responsible for the guardrails and approvals you configure for automated agents.

3. Accounts & access

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. We may suspend access for violations of these terms or to protect the platform and its users.

4. Intellectual property

Autostep and its software remain our property. You retain ownership of your data and the processes you map within the platform.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” during early access. Automation recommendations are informational; you remain responsible for reviewing and approving actions taken on your behalf.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autostep is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
